Booking & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via our secure booking platform.
- All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
- Day rate $300.00
- Cleaning fee of $150.00
- Minimum stay: 2 nights.
- Suitable for adults only
Check-in & Check-out Check-in: 2:00pm | Check-out: 10:00am Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Payment & Cancellation Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. As there is no deposit, all bookings are final once payment is received. No-shows are non-refundable. Full refund a week from booking date and a cancellation fee of $100.00 less than 2 days from booking date.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the property.
- No shoes to be worn inside.
- Adults only (18+). The property is not suitable for children or infants.
- Not suitable for children or pets.
- Not suitable for hosting parties or additional adults.
- Maximum occupancy: [4] guests.
- Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- Keep gates closed and locked at all times.
- Cleaning fee: $150 (included at time of booking).
- Leave Awen Cottage in the condition it was in when you arrived.
- Pay for any reasonable damage which occurred during your stay
- Act with integrity, treat others with respect and comply with applicable laws at all times.
Liability Awen Cottage is not responsible for loss or damage to guest property during your stay. Please ensure you have appropriate travel insurance.
Security cameras are installed at both the exterior and interior areas of the property. Exterior cameras remain operational at all times. Interior cameras are not active while guests are occupying the cottage and are activated after guests have departed. Interior cameras are located in the kitchen and the lounge room, and are maintained solely for security purposes once the premises are vacated.
Guest Conduct We reserve the right to terminate your stay if your behavior endangers others or causes property damage.
Intellectual Property All content, images, and materials on this website are the property of Awen Cottage and may not be used without permission.
